You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. Sign in is handled through Google.

Acceptable use

• Provide truthful information about yourself or your institution.
• Do not impersonate others or post misleading listings.
• Do not scrape, harvest, or misuse other users' data.
• Do not harass, spam, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to operate the service (for example, showing your profile to a prospective employer you apply to).

No guarantee of outcomes

Adhyapak Network is a platform that connects teachers and institutions. We do not guarantee employment, hiring, or any particular result. Institution verification is a good-faith check and not a warranty; you are responsible for your own due diligence before entering any arrangement.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Karnataka.
