Information we collect

• Account details from Google Sign-In: your name, email address, and profile photo, used to create and secure your account.
• Profile information you provide: for teachers, this includes subjects, experience, qualifications, location, an optional demo video link, and posts; for institutions, this includes the organisation name, location, and documents submitted for verification.
• Activity on the platform: job applications, cover notes, quiz attempts, and training progress.

How we use your information

We use your information to run the service: to match teachers with relevant openings, display profiles to the other side of a genuine hiring interaction, verify institutions, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

How your information is shared

A teacher's profile becomes visible to an institution when the teacher applies to that institution's posting, and vice versa. Beyond that, we share data only with the service providers that operate the platform on our behalf: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Vercel (hosting), and Google (sign-in). These providers process data only to provide their service to us.

Retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. To access, correct, or delete your account and associated data, email us at support@adhyapaknetwork.com.

Eligibility

The service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
